Project: A technology replatform to ensure continued iOS and Android app support.
Reason: App stores will no longer be publishing Xamarin written applications.
Timeline: March 2023 - December 2025
Scope: Rewrite Legacy from Xamarin Native to Xamarin Forms, Upgrade from Xamarin Forms to MAUI
Plan: Create a new project to rewrite the main workflows and migrate users based on available feature cohorts. Upgrade to MAUI at earliest possible stage, ensuring least duplicate work.
Delivery: Relaunch MAUI platformed iOS and Android apps with improved UX, performance, and app updates every 2 weeks.

Comcast Business VoiceEdge

Project: A new desktop product for business communications through Comcast Business services.
Reason: Provide an add-on product opportunity as a companion service to existing VoiceEdge phone lines.
Timeline: July 2018 - July 2020
Scope: Build a desktop app that connects to Comcast Business VoiceEdge phone services, enabling users to manage calls, conferences, and screen sharing with any of their existing business lines.
Plan: Rollout MVP features to 300 customers while adding contact management and messaging capabilities. Respond to user feedback over 6 months before launching a comprehensive product offer.
Delivery: Launched to 15,000 Comcast Business customers in March 2020.
